Blood Orange & Blackberry Sangria


3 blood oranges
1 cup blackberries
1.5 liter of good red wine
1/4 cup runny honey (e.g. Acacia honey)
1/2 cup Grand Marnier



Save one of the blood oranges for garnish. Squeeze the juices from the remaining oranges and combine with the blackberries, wine, honey, Grand Marnier into a large pitcher or punch bowl.

Stir the mixture until everything is combined. Chill the sangria over night. Right before serving, cut the blood orange into thin slices and add them to the pitcher or punch bowls.

Serve cold and enjoy on those lovely warm and sunny spring/summer/autumn days!
