Marinade with tarragon, honey and mustard


15 spoons of chopped tarragon
10 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
5 half spoons of chopped garlic
5 spoons of mustard
4 spoons of honey (e.g. Pine)
Black pepper



Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

This marinade can be applied to any kind of meat, but is particularly good on lamb. Let the meat marinate for at least 2 hours so that the flavors can infuse.
